Stuck up the nose

I think this is a rite of passage.

For my son I think it was wadded up bread.

I have this awesome friend who worked in an ER who told me parents would bring their children in all the time with something stuck in their nose. And the doctor couldn't do anything for them.

What she told me the Dr. would ask the mother:
"With the child's mouth closed, take your mouth to ONE of their nostrils and blow."

It took a couple of blows, but the bread came out. So glad I missed a lot of worry and and ER bill.
